About Rachel
Rachel is passionate about connecting with clients on a deeper level and believes that building trust and establishing a safe environment for clients to tell their stories empowers them to dive deeper into self-awareness and grow in Christ. She prides herself on being genuine with clients and creative in finding the best approaches to support healing and growth.
She utilizes an authentic, eclectic approach to therapy with foundational underpinnings of the Soul Healing Love Model. Rachel enjoys helping individuals and couples gain insight into past wounds and discover pathways toward healing and restoration. She especially loves working with the neurodivergent population, including individuals with ADHD and Autism, and has completed specialized training to assess, diagnose, and treat ADHD in both individuals and couples.

In addition to traditional counselor training, Rachel is a certified Brain Health Clinician through the Amen Clinic. She integrates neuroscience-backed strategies and the BRIGHTMINDS framework to optimize brain function and improve mental wellness. By identifying each client’s unique brain type, she tailors personalized lifestyle, nutritional, and cognitive tools to help reduce anxiety, improve focus, strengthen emotional resilience, and promote long-term brain health.
