RCCA has a full staff of well-trained therapists to serve you with appointments throughout the week,  Monday through Saturday. We do offer evening as well as some weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules.

Good Faith Estimate: 

Counselors at RCCA are not on any insurance panels but many carriers pay an out of network fee. 

“You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, and equipment and hospital fees. 

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider.

The U.S. Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at 1-800-MEDICARE 

General Fee Structure*:

  • Doctoral Level Therapist $150-$200
  • Masters Level Therapist $125-$150
  • Intern Level Therapist starting at $70 (financial aid applies)
*Please note that each therapist has his or her own fee structure, based on years of experience as well as additional education and/or specialization, so the actual fee may be subject to change.

Payment Information:

Cash and Checks are acceptable methods of payment as are Visa or Mastercard. However for all credit/debit payments, there is a 3% surcharge.
